Our weekend services are one of the primary ways we gather as a church. These gatherings are central to who we are and a great first step to get connected to life at Halifax Church.
Our services last for about 70 minutes as we gather for worship, listen to a message from a member of our teaching team, pray and respond to God’s Spirit.
It’s not unusual for people to hang out after service, so grab some free coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, stay awhile and get to know somebody new.
For Kids
We love families. In Kids Church, your child will experience a fun-filled, safe, and welcoming environment designed to help them connect with peers, leaders, and most importantly, God. Our fully vetted volunteer team is passionate about teaching the truth of God’s Word in fun and age-appropriate ways. Rooms are divided by age groups: 0-2 years, 2-3 years, 4-5 years, and 1st-5th grade. Kids Church is available at our 10AM service.

For Jr. High Students
JHC (Jr. High Church) is a fun and engaging space designed just for 6th–8th graders. Students experience interactive teaching, small group discussions, and games—all while building meaningful relationships with peers and leaders. JHC starts after adult worship.
Check-in is located inside the main lobby. Whether you’re brand new or have been coming for a while, our leaders would love to help you get connected.
Parking & Directions
We’re excited to welcome you. When you turn from St. Margarets Bay Rd. into the Greenwood Heights subdivision, take your first right onto Greenwood Ave. and Halifax Church will be on the righthand side. There’s lots of parking available in our main parking area, as well as street parking along Greenwood Ave.
