In 2022, a small group of neighbours came together with a simple idea: host a Block Party for the neighbourhood built around good food, friendly people, and family activities. What followed exceeded every expectation. Word spread, more neighbours showed up, and the desire for connection quickly became clear. That simple BBQ (originally aiming for 100 people) grew into what is now the BLT Fall Fair—an annual fall carnival welcoming over 2,000 neighbours each year.

Today, the BLT Fall Fair is made possible by the financial generosity of 40+ local businesses and the dedication of 100+ volunteers from our community who give their time, energy, and creativity to make the day happen. While the event has grown in size, its heart remains the same: creating space for neighbours to gather, celebrate, and experience community together.

❋ WHAT TO EXPECT

The BLT Fall Fair is a family-friendly celebration filled with games, food, music, and activities for all ages. Designed so you can take part at your own pace, it invites you to come for a little while or stay all afternoon enjoying community, meeting neighbours, and the simple joy of being together.

❋ EVERYTHING IS FREE

From food and activities to entertainment, the BLT Fall Fair is completely free. Thanks to the generosity of local businesses, volunteers, and donors, families can fully participate and enjoy the day, because we believe community should be open and accessible to everyone.

❋ $15,000+ IN PRIZE GIVEAWAYS

Throughout the day, we give away over $15,000 in prizes donated by local businesses, ranging from gift cards to experiences and family-friendly items. It’s a fun way to celebrate our local partners and add a little extra excitement for both kids and adults.

❋ WE NEED YOUR HELP

The BLT Fall Fair is powered by volunteers. From setup to games to cleanup, there are many ways to get involved. Whether you can give a few hours or the whole day, your help makes a real difference and is a great way to connect and be part of something meaningful in the community.
